All abstracts MUST be submitted through the AASPN Congress official website at www.aaspncongress.org. Abstract will be only accepted through the official website. Fax or Email submission is NOT available.

Deadline & Modification
The deadline for abstract submission is February 28 (Thu). No abstracts will be accepted after this date. Also, abstract data CANNOT be altered after the online abstract submission system has closed after February 28 (Thu)
MUST be prepared in English
Abstract may NOT exceed 250 words (Text only), and must include four areas:
Introduction: A brief statement on the purpose of the study and the current state of research in the field.
Material & Methods: The methods of study or experimental approach must be defined briefly.
Results: A summary of the study results, including sufficient details to support those conclusions.
Conclusion: A statement describing the significance of the work and its implications for further research.
Abstracts previously submitted for publication or submitted, accepted or presented at other fields based on pediatric neurosurgery and/or medical meetings will not be accepted.
The type of presentation (Oral/Poster) choice selected during the submission process is a request only.
However, the final presentation type for each paper will be decided by the Science Committee's evaluation.
Presenting author is expected to register and pay the full registration fee and attend the congress and make presentation if selected for free paper.
Please provide an accurate email address of the Presenting Author.
Presenting Author will receive all correspondence concerning the submission and is responsible for informing the other authors of the status of the submission.
Should the Presenting Author’s e-mail address change after the submission deadline, please notify the central office at firstname.lastname@example.org update this information.
Abstracts should be proofread prior to submission, as in many cases they are published as submitted.
Successfully submitted abstracts will be acknowledged including an abstract reference number, which should be quoted in all future correspondence.
The AASPN holds the copyright to all the materials presented at the congress and may reproduce the materials in any form for distribution.
